About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Electrical Engineer to join our client's growing team in North Sydney.

Job Description
  • Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, providing technical project leadership.
  • Evaluate and ensure projects meet compliance in accordance with Australia's Building Standards and Codes.
  • Collaborate with other discipline and sector leads to deliver integrated building solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering technical expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, helping to sustain further office growth.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years local Australian Building Services experience, proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and MS Office, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines, passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions, Chartered Engineer status (desirable but not essential), DBP Accredited (desirable but not essential).

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Super
