Job Summary
As a Healthcare Project Coordinator, you will support a director on various projects across the health sector, working with procurement, project planning, contract management, budgeting, document preparation, and system support. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to meet project goals.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include providing secretariat support for committees and expert groups, coordinating project management activities, monitoring projects, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for data analysis, report writing, and updating resources for internal and external audiences. Additionally, experience in contract management and procedural procurement processes is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in the Government sector or supporting Program managers or Directors. Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills are essential, along with experience in secretariat support and project management. Budget management and reporting capabilities are also crucial. A demonstrated ability to produce high-level documents, such as briefing papers and meeting notes, is necessary. Contract management and procedural procurement experience are highly valued.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
