About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with our Director to coordinate a range of activities across multiple programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement: Source and manage contracts for projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring timely delivery and within allocated funds.

You will also provide secretariat support for committees and working groups, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, reports, and expert opinions to inform project development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a Project Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of government processes and procedures.
  • Experience in secretariat support and project management, including budget management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-level documents, including briefing papers, reviews, and submissions.
  • Contract management and procurement experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
