About the Role

In this key position, you will report to the Customer Insights Manager with a dotted line to the Chief Improvement Officer, supporting a wide range of projects and initiatives to drive business improvement across our 133 care communities.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Support the daily monitoring and review of customer feedback and complaints, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Prepare engaging presentations to diverse teams across the business, highlighting insights and recommendations for enhancing customer outcomes.
  • Government Data Review: Review and analyze government-issued data and metrics, extracting valuable insights to share with the rest of the business.
  • Feedback Reports: Assist in preparing regular Feedback Reports for Opal HealthCare's Board of Directors & Executive Leadership Team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in preparing accreditation reports, training new and existing team members, and coordinating general requests from the team.
  • Coordination and Support: Offer support and coordination to the Customer Experience team on Customer Insights initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Data Analysis Skills: Strong foundation in data analysis, with proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
