**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Project Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team at the University of New South Wales.

About the Role:

This is a key administrative position that will support researchers on a project focused on Aboriginal cultural health. The Gaawaadhi Gadudha Research Collaborative is a group of researchers from UNSW's School of Population Health, regional NSW, and other universities. Our research aims to demonstrate the positive impact of culture practiced on Country on Aboriginal peoples' physical health and social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

The successful candidate will coordinate the administration of the project and provide support for research activities. This includes managing multiple tasks, responding to changing priorities, and meeting competing deadlines with excellent time management skills.

About You:

  • You have relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a related field, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives, and documentation.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
  • You have relevant administrative expertise gained through education, training, or workplace experience.
  • You have experience working respectfully with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people.
  • You are willing to travel regionally on occasion to provide administrative support on field research activities.
