Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the architecture team to coordinate with external consultants across various disciplines.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documentation, including interior detailing and general documents.
  • Site Experience: Collaborate with contractors on site to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in mid-to-large scale project delivery, preferably in healthcare projects.
  • Skills: Proven skills in efficient time management, problem-solving, and effective communication.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in dRofus, Aconex, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
