We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at MSS Security Pty Ltd. As a key member of our P&C team, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the induction process, onboarding new starters, and providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. You will also build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the induction process for new starters
- Onboard new starters, including issuing employment contracts and relevant documentation
- Provide considered advice and assistance to Managers on the management and administration of the onboarding process
- Support the state People and Culture team on Award/EA interpretation, investigations, grievances, and employee relations matters
Requirements:
- A qualification in HR or progressing towards
- Previous experience in high levels of onboarding and inductions
- Demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines and targets to meet business objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Fully proficient with MS Office Suite and demonstrated computer literacy
