People and Culture Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a People and Culture Administrator to provide administrative support to our Head of People & Culture and the people and culture team.
This role will enable you to build your HR skills and knowledge, with a focus on transactional, administrative, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties, including diary management, email coordination, and travel arrangements for the Head of People and Culture.
- Facilitate cyclical processes, including developing process manuals for HR functions, including Workday.
- Review and amend policies and procedures as needed.
- Prepare and submit people reports, including monthly executive reporting and ad hoc P&C reporting.
- Undertake project work in consultation with the broader P&C team.
- Provide ad hoc support to members of the P&C team.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Verifiable experience working in a Human Resources/People and Culture function.
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement plans.
- Sound customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and set priorities.
- Strong understanding of transmitting sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Full Australian working rights and willingness to undergo a National Police check.
