Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Senior Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

  • The Guest Relations Senior Associate will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and lobby hosting, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • They will assist and support the Reception and Switchboard teams in complaint handling, feedback management, and client service delivery.
  • This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and personal presentation and complaint handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting
  2. Assist and support Reception and Switchboard teams
  3. Rotate across locations as required
  4. Coordinate same day catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements
  5. Manage bookings and cancellations through MRBS
  6. Support performance reviews and ensure set objectives are met
  7. Manage workspace and maintain operational standards
  8. Provide leadership support in absence of Guest Relations Executive/Manager
  9. Ensure compliance with WHS policies

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal presentation and complaint handling skills
  • Experience in corporate or five-star hotel environment or event management
  • Administrative skills in Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel, and Outlook
