**Job Title:** Partnerships & Industry Development Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to support our business development across partnerships, philanthropy, and industry development programs and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and delivering our partnerships and industry development strategy. This includes identifying and securing new and innovative industry, corporate, and cultural partnerships to meet revenue targets, as well as contributing to developing new industry opportunities through partnered initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating existing partner agreements and ensuring delivery of all benefits
  • Providing stakeholder servicing for new and existing partners
  • Refining and delivering partnerships and industry development strategy
  • Sourcing new and innovative partnerships
  • Contributing to developing new industry opportunities

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, revenue raising, and stakeholder management within the screen industry, arts industry, and/or not-for-profit sector
  • Demonstrated capacity to secure cash and in-kind partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian and International documentary and factual sector and relevant stakeholders - agencies, funders, distributors, creators
