Job Title: Partnerships Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships in APAC.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting new partners aligned with our global strategy
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant areas to drive lead generation and multiplicative value from alliances
  • Developing and implementing partnership strategies to achieve business growth
  • Contracting and leading partnerships conversations/agreements with internal teams
  • Identifying mutually beneficial incentives for 3rd-party collaboration
  • Partner Enablement: working with Marketing and Sales Enablement departments to create collaterals and training sessions
  • Delivering results: contributing new initial meetings from the partner network for sales organization
  • Partner Marketing: identifying and designing joint marketing initiatives with Marketing department
  • Managing relationships: expanding and deepening relations with existing partners
  • Bushiness Reviews: running quarterly business reviews with partners to assess results against goals
  • Extending product offerings: identifying strategic integrations and service partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partnerships development and management
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with market trends and industry developments
