About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Associate Market Manager to join our Travel Partnerships and Advertising (TPA) team. In this role, you'll develop and maintain high-quality partnerships with lodging partners, providing data insights and consulting services to help maximize production potential in the marketplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and sustaining strong partnerships with hotel partners
  • Optimizing partner hotels' products on Expedia Group sites to maximize customer conversion
  • Sourcing additional lodging rates and availability information during peak periods
  • Promoting seasonal deals and promotions to support partners and drive traveler engagement
  • Continuously promoting and developing hotel partners' engagement with Expedia Group's suite of market insights, revenue management tools, marketing opportunities, and self-service tools

You'll work closely with our Market Management team to ensure that global travelers always find the most suitable properties for their dream trips, and that hotel partners can reach Expedia Group's full breadth of global traveler demand.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or related fields
  • Proficient English language skills
  • A passion for the travel industry
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team
  • A strong appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environments, and data-driven decision-making
  • Prioritize and multi-task effectively to achieve critical targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives set by leadership teams
