Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Partnership Growth Specialist to contribute to our continued growth.

This role will manage a portfolio of partners, using strategic insight to drive sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for Tennis or the sports industry, coupled with effective engagement skills for industry stakeholders.

The successful candidate will:

  • Drive end-to-end success as it relates to Partner ROI
  • Develop and implement leveraging opportunities to current Partners with the view to increase revenue
  • Manage delivery of contracted partnership benefits
  • Maintain and develop world-class relationships with partners
  • Drive internal brand advocacy and understanding across all relevant internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working within Partnerships or Sponsorships
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management or Marketing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian and International partnership models
  • Demonstrated competency in conflict management with strong networking relationships
  • Proven capability in developing and adhering to budgets
