Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Small Business Banker to join our team at NAB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our small business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions and requests.
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services to help customers achieve their business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of small business operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including lending and deposit products.
