The Corporate Partnerships Specialist role at our organization involves developing and growing corporate partnerships across Western Australia. As part of our team, you will work closely with local and national teams to build strong, purpose-led partnerships that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Drive acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnerships through strategic relationship-building and business development.
- Research and target organizations aligned with our mission to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support, showcasing the value of partnering with us.
- Implement a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships and foster a sense of community among partners.
- Forecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and provide monthly performance reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery, driving excellence in all aspects of our work.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support partnership goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the organization.
- Act as the main point of contact for WA-based partners and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management, with a solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations, to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders.
- Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
- High-level organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management.
