Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Subiaco. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for developing and growing corporate partnerships across Western Australia.

As Australia's leading heart health charity, we are committed to reducing the impact of heart disease through research, prevention, and support. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact on heart health by building strong, purpose-led partnerships that deliver real results.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnerships
  • Researching and targeting organisations aligned with our mission
  • Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support
  • Implementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
  • Leading local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management
  • A solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations
  • Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders
