We seek a commercially astute relationship builder to help us achieve this vision. As Broker Relationship Leader, you will:
- Manage a panel of brokers and develop a deep understanding of their business to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver value across all segments.
- Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
- Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
- Design and embed multi-tiered relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
- Represent the organization at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.
Key requirements include:
• Developing long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
• Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
• Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, account management or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
