Land and Wholesale Leadership Opportunity

This senior leadership role is a key driver of our business strategy, focusing on land acquisition and wholesale partnerships. We're seeking an experienced leader to align land opportunities with our overall goals, drive innovation initiatives, and ensure our ABN Wholesale business remains a preferred partner in the market.

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with land developers to identify mutually beneficial opportunities aligned with builder needs.
  • Shape Land Strategy: Collaborate across Group brands (Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes) to define land strategies and geographic market planning.
  • Influence Market Development: Impact lot typologies, estate planning, and housing product development in response to changing market conditions.
  • Lead Display Home Portfolio: Oversee the WA display home portfolio, including site selection, acquisition negotiations, and delivery timelines.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Lead ABN Wholesale to achieve sales targets and deliver efficient, low-touch service to builder partners.
  • Promote Innovation: Partner with industry stakeholders on innovation projects exploring future-focused technologies and designs.
  • Support Channel Partners: Ensure seamless onboarding and process alignment for Channel Partners, fostering consistent and efficient collaboration.
