Strategic Workforce Leader

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a strategic workforce leader to drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive statewide aged care assessment service.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design, lead and manage consultation and engagement strategies, providing ongoing leadership and support to our workforce and their representatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact in the aged care sector, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy to deliver a new statewide aged care assessment service
- Lead and manage consultation and engagement strategies with key stakeholders
- Provide ongoing leadership and support to our workforce and their representatives
- Collaborate with Local Health Networks and other key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
