Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in workforce strategy, with a proven track record of advising senior leaders on complex employment matters.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with executives and leaders to navigate the people side of change, providing guidance on industrial consultation, supporting leaders through transitions, and helping manage impacts and risks.

You will take ownership of managing risk and escalation with confidence and care, enhancing current processes and practices, and co-creating smarter, more efficient workforce strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, including interpreting industrial instruments and policy requirements
  • In-depth experience managing a wide range of employee matters, including performance issues, medical incapacity, redeployment, grievances, complaints, organisational change, and disciplinary processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, thoughtful correspondence and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • A proactive mindset and a track record of implementing workforce strategies in dynamic, evolving environments
