We are seeking a high-performing Business Partner to join our team, working closely with executives and leaders to navigate complex employment matters.
This senior role involves partnering with senior leaders to provide expert guidance on workforce strategy, advising on industrial consultation, supporting leaders through transitions, and helping manage impacts and risks.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, calm under pressure, and passionate about people, with experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to navigate complex employment matters.
- Manage risk and escalation with confidence and care.
- Enhance current processes and practices, and co-create smarter, more efficient workforce strategies.
- Calm under pressure and collaborative in nature.
- Experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters.
- In-depth experience managing a wide range of employee matters using fair, consistent, and best practice approaches.
