Senior Workforce Strategist

The Senior Workforce Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategies, collaborating with senior leaders to address complex people challenges and drive positive change.

  • Partnering with executives to navigate intricate employment matters, conflict resolution, underperformance, misconduct, medical incapacity, grievances, and complaints.
  • Managing risk and escalation with confidence and care.
  • Enhancing current processes and practices, co-creating smarter, more efficient workforce strategies.
  • Providing expert guidance on the people side of change, advising on industrial consultation, supporting leaders through transitions, and managing impacts and risks.

This role requires experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, interpreting industrial instruments and policy requirements. In-depth experience managing a wide range of employee matters, performance issues, medical incapacity, redeployment, grievances, complaints, organisational change, and disciplinary processes using fair, consistent, and best practice approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
