Lead Compliance Officer
About the Role:- This is a senior position within our compliance function, requiring a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior team members to ensure they meet service level agreements and deadlines.
You will oversee client onboarding across property and private client matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting anti-money laundering checks, reviewing and recording identification documentation, and liaising with clients as required.
- We are looking for someone with experience in client services or compliance within the legal sector, preferably with previous team supervision or mentoring experience.
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills is essential, as is knowledge of law firm compliance requirements.
