As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead and empower team members to strengthen strategic customer relationships, drive business growth, and advance our company's mission. Your core duties will revolve around coordinating team efforts, utilizing available resources to develop and implement operational plans aligned with customer expectations and timelines.

We are seeking an experienced professional with recent relevant experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role in business development of industrial equipment based on strategic relationships. A good knowledge of commercial negotiations and dealings, including contract laws, regulations, or best practices, is essential. You should possess good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities include managing multiple contracts simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service is crucial. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles, the ability to interpret and comprehend basic financial data, and working knowledge of the resources sector and large industrial clientele.
