Oracle Health is seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Growth Manager to oversee the relationship with a key client in Queensland. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organisation, developing growth strategies, and driving revenue.

About the Role:

  • Manage complex client relationships, advocating for the client within Oracle.
  • Build strategic partnerships with c-suite executive leadership and across the client organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for existing Oracle Health portfolio and position broader Oracle offerings.
  • Lead all aspects of client engagements, ensuring consistency in strategy, messaging, and quality of interaction.
  • Oversight of implementation delivery to ensure value is delivered to the client as committed.
  • Grow client satisfaction and reference-ability, ensuring clients actively promote the value of the client relationship.
  • Support operational management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and contractual interactions.
  • Serve as the customer's point of escalation and facilitate issue resolution requiring executive attention.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record in managing successful HCIT engagements in large, complex settings.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and achieve high client satisfaction.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
