About the Role
- Maintain strong, trusting relationships with a diverse portfolio of commercial and SME clients across various industries and risks.
- Develop and nurture meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Implement strategic renewal and broking plans in collaboration with colleagues and claims staff to protect clients' interests.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, including daily inquiries and concerns.
- Gather client information to support renewal documentation, adhering to Branch standards.
- Promote initiatives to maximize account profitability.
Your Background
- Tier 1 qualification with confidence to autonomously manage and grow your own book of clients, possessing good knowledge across most lines of business.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a broking role, demonstrating success in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
- The ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and presentable demeanor.
