As a Strategic Account Development Manager at Marsh Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in account management, business development, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the general insurance market, as well as the ability to analyze complex risk profiles and design tailored solutions for our clients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and internal teams;
  • Providing expert advice on insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their risks and exposures;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business outcomes;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to stay ahead of the competition.

    What You'll Need:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the general insurance sector;
    • Demonstrated expertise in account management, business development, and relationship building;
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
    • A strong understanding of the Australian insurance market and regulatory environment;
    • An undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or risk management).

        Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum + super + bonuses
