About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team at Lucid Software, one of the leading companies in AU. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the APAC region.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-8 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs)
  • Develop and execute on quarterly account plans with reps
  • Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
  • Provide ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of these
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in tech/SaaS
  • Experience as an expert coach and leader
  • Ongoing written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM reporting, Tableau, Outreach, and other sales software solutions
