Mid-Market Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive, Mid-Market to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Building relationships and delivering value to customers through consultative B2B selling approaches.
- Pipeline management, including self-generated leads, cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, etc.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on our promise.
What We Offer
American Express offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide comprehensive benefits, including bonus incentives, support for financial well-being and retirement, flexible working models, and generous paid parental leave policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a phone sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
