We are seeking an innovative Senior Culinary Director to lead our kitchen teams at Cherub Hall and The Loft by Little Creatures & Co.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop menus for Cherub Hall and The Loft, ensuring each reflects its concept and audience
  • Lead and manage high-performing kitchen teams
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues
  • Manage kitchen operations, supplier relationships and procurement strategies
  • Champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking
  • Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation
