We are seeking an exceptional Senior Culinary Director to drive the culinary vision of our new venue in Fremantle.

About the Venue:

Located in a$10 million transformation celebrating Little Creatures' 25th anniversary, our new site offers panoramic waterfront views and immersive dining experiences.

Your Role:

As Senior Culinary Director, you will lead and mentor kitchen teams, develop menus that reflect unique concepts and audiences, and collaborate with leadership to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee menus for Cherub Hall and The Loft, ensuring each reflects its distinct concept and audience
• Lead, inspire, and manage high-performing kitchen teams
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues
• Manage kitchen operations, supplier relationships, and champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Head Chef or Executive Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking
• Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
