We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to lead our kitchen teams and drive culinary innovation across two unique dining experiences.


About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to join our team and shape the culinary direction of our brand-new venue in Fremantle's Fishing Boat Harbour.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and oversee menus that reflect the unique concept and audience of each dining experience.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage high-performing kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a focus on wood-fired cooking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Head Chef or Executive Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
  • A passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation.
