Job Description

Business Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Werribee Automotive Group. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective management of our finance and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Sales of Finance and Insurance Products: Develop and execute strategies to present and sell finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate and close finance deals, and maximize sales results for the dealership.
  • Process Management: Manage the finance and insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents, to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Insurance and Warranty Sales: Sell insurance and warranty products to cash customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in finance and insurance, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to qualify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Responsibility and Accountability: Demonstrated responsibility and accountability for achieving finance and insurance targets.
  • Professional Attitude: A professional and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.
