Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a warm welcome and sincere farewell for all guests
  • Supporting guest needs on arrival and valet parking cars
  • Providing hotel guest services, room service delivery, and concierge requests
  • Maintaining the lobby, port cochere/driveway, and guest areas to ensure they are clean and tidy
  • Resolving guest issues and using feedback to improve guest satisfaction
  • Assisting Housekeeping operations by completing tasks in rooms to prepare for the next day
  • Cooperating with the Night Manager to audit tasks and maintain the safety and security of guests and the hotel at night.
