Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit front office operations at night
  • Ensure late arrivals receive a warm welcome and their needs are attended throughout the night
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure guest safety and team member wellbeing
  • Manage shift tasks and complex guest requests or complaints

Requirements:

  • Front office duty management and team leadership experience for 2+ years in a similar hotel environment
  • Depth of experience dealing with complex service recoveries
  • Proven track record with success working with loyalty schemes and enrollments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a guest-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work a night roster
