We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Hotel Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and tailored to the individual's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized attention to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communication, and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read), additional languages an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
