As Reservations Agent, you will assist in the efficient operation of the reservations department, optimising hotel occupancy and average rate.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a reservations role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess a proactive and flexible approach to work, and have a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
