Hotel Ambassador Opportunity

As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure and during their stay.

You will engage with guests, providing recommendations and information about the city and its surroundings. Receiving guest vehicles and luggage is also part of your responsibilities, ensuring they are moved to their next destination safely.

To provide a seamless experience for our guests, you will interact with various departments. Additionally, you will offer exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to work in a luxury hotel environment
  • An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail, and superior customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
  • An open manual driver's license
  • Physical strength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
  • The ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
