- Facilitate efficient staffing of the kitchen, optimizing financial and service targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified chef, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, able to drive results through others.
- Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- High-level knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP certification, with experience managing a certified kitchen.
