Executive Kitchen Leader Sought

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Executive Kitchen Leader to oversee daily operations and service across a fast-paced, casual dining menu at our high-volume beachfront dining destination. As Executive Kitchen Leader, you will be responsible for leading a large, dynamic kitchen brigade in a high-volume environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 15+ in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Oversee daily operations and service across a diverse menu
  • Hands-on role - work alongside your team and lead by example
  • Maintain high food and safety standards while ensuring smooth kitchen flow
  • Plan and execute major trade periods and key events
  • Utilize inventory management systems for ordering, stocktake, rostering, and compliance - must be proficient in computer skills

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-volume venue
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a large kitchen team
  • Flexible and calm under pressure with strong service awareness
  • A leader who is comfortable using technology and thrives in a structured environment
