We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.

  • He/she will support the Head Chef in preparing menus, managing inventory, and overseeing operational tasks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Key responsibilities include promoting a culture centered around safety and hygiene, while maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver consistent high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food at every meal.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
