We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive fleet sales growth, expand our customer base, and maximize profitability within the Subaru portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales volume targets for fleet and corporate sales
  • Meet or surpass Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new fleet customers to grow market share
  • Participate in tenders and pricing negotiations to secure business
  • Cross-sell and capitalize on opportunities within the Subaru product range

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet sales is essential
  • Demonstrated success driving growth in a national fleet sales role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, fleet leasing/management providers, government agencies, and rental car companies
