Senior Enterprise Sales Professional

Arista Networks seeks a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join its Sydney-based sales organization. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of delivering business value to commercial and enterprise accounts.
About the Role
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, implementing sales strategies to exceed targets within a targeted list of commercial and enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders, addressing the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.
- Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
- Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
- Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns, and technology forums.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a hunter mentality and have a proven track record of technology sales. A strong rolodex and relationships within the territory are essential. The ideal candidate will also have relevant data center or networking industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user. Additionally, excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels are required.
Benefits
Arista Networks offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a global company culture, flexible working arrangements, great career prospects, and modern tools of the trade.
