The role involves helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans. We need a smart, driven, and autonomous Key Account Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
You'll play a key role in building our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the entire sales cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Training and mentoring new sales representatives to foster a culture of achievement, inclusiveness, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Working with clients to demonstrate how our platform can improve performance through data and analytics.
- Maintaining and building a healthy sales pipeline by promoting the right activities and creating predictability in forecasts.
- At least 3 years of experience building sales processes at a growth-stage SaaS/software business.
- Full sales cycle experience in a software or SaaS business, managing multi-threaded sales processes and closing enterprise deals.
- Resilient, optimistic, and possessing a growth mindset.
- Exceptional time management and people skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture a technical sales pipeline.
