About the Role

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting DroneShield's brand and communications across various markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual to join a scale-up business in a nascent industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to highlight DroneShield's branding, communications, and media messages.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the company's website, including SEO, and social media presence.
  • Conduct competitive market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Plan and execute conferences and events, including logistics and promotion.
  • Generate case studies and create marketing assets and collateral.
  • Stay informed about industry events, awards, and associations.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of marketing, branding, and communications experience.
  • Passion for the defence sector and ability to bring cutting-edge marketing skills from civilian industries into the defence sector.
  • Big consumer brand marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Creative lateral thinker.
