Senior Marketing Manager - Sydney Office

We are a high-performing team that has been named a finalist in the Mumbrella Marketing Team of the Year award. We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to driving our agent business forward.

The successful candidate will lead all brand marketing, communications, and national seasonal campaigns for Domain's marketing products, as well as take a lead role in strategic projects that support our Agent division's commercial objectives.

We are looking for someone who brings fresh thinking to the team and has a well-rounded understanding of the marketing mix and planning process. You should be passionate about generating outstanding results that align with business objectives and have the skills to make it happen.

You will make your mark by driving Agent awareness and value perception of Domain and partnering with our Personalised Marketing, Digital, Content, and Creative teams to design, test, and evolve customer lifecycle communications that increase agent engagement and cross-sell.

We work in an agile environment that relies on strong relationships, so the successful candidate will have proven experience working collaboratively across an organisation to deliver on stakeholder requirements and gather customer and market insights to inform strategy.

Key stakeholders include our Head of Sales, Head of Agent Solutions, and GM Product.

You will manage a team of two Marketing Managers, each with unique ownership of our marketing product set, and work alongside a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for supporting Domain's complementary Workflow product set.

We are a highly data-driven team, so you will constantly review, track, and report on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI and recommend initiatives to improve the impact of marketing activities.

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum 8 years of multi-channel marketing experience, including team leadership.
  • Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Experience working with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and personalised marketing systems.
  • Exposure to event marketing principles.
  • Project and budget management experience.
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
