  • Change Management: Lead team updates and implement new technologies, such as AI tools and MarTech, to drive innovation and growth.
  • Innovation: Contribute to a dynamic marketing leadership team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned marketing operations professional with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Proven experience working in matrixed organizations, particularly in APAC.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret team performance data.
  • Experience with a range of MarTech tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and solve problems before they impact the business.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to cross-functional decision-making.
