Senior Marketing Manager - Sydney Office

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading all brand marketing, communications, and national seasonal campaigns for our marketing products. You will also play a lead role in strategic projects that support our Agent division's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive Agent awareness and value perception of Domain
  • Partner with our Personalised Marketing, Digital, Content, and Creative teams to design, test, and evolve customer lifecycle communications
  • Manage a team of two Marketing Managers and work alongside a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for supporting Domain's complementary Workflow product set
  • Constantly review, track, and report on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI and recommend initiatives to improve the impact of marketing activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years multi-channel marketing experience, including team leadership
  • Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Experience working with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and personalised marketing systems
  • Exposure to event marketing principles
  • Project and budget management experience
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
