">We are a people-focussed group consisting of approximately 1500 soldiers and officers located in tropical Darwin. Our Headquarters' primary responsibility is to plan and co-ordinate surveillance effects across Northern Australia, attracting positive attention for our contribution to border protection operations and commitment through Closing the Gap initiatives.
">Job Description
">As a Strategic Resource Manager, you will oversee financial and capability resource management, recognised as the subject matter expert advising on moderate to complex business management and compliance issues. Your role involves business analytics and trends analysis to inform decisions on resource allocations, including salaries management, operating cash, and capability resources.

- Analyse data for trends, and communicate and advise solutions to a range of stakeholders;">
- Work in small teams, and manage and mentor less experienced resource managers;">
- See the purpose and positive outcomes generated for Indigenous soldiers and their communities through engagement with Army.">
