We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northern Territory and South Australia, specifically within the Safety division.

Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our growth and profitability in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop our Safety portfolio in the NT and SA, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the market.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure optimal forecasting and customer management.
  • Servicing customer queries, needs, and expectations by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Presentation of Draeger products and services to customers, attending trade shows, and exhibiting at events.

Your Background

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:

Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent industry experience.3 to 5+ years' sales experience in breathing apparatus, gas detection, and/or a related industry.Excellent relationship management, influencing, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Adaptability to ever-changing requirements and priorities of customers.A current Driver's License.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
